All sessions are non-refundable.

With a 48-Hour Cancellation Window, clients can reschedule to an alternative appointment if available, otherwise session resumes the following week/appointment date without being charged.

Cancellation less than 48 hours to a scheduled appointment is considered a “Late Cancel”, and will be charged the full amount of the session price, with a 24-hour Cancellation Window, the session can be gifted to a loved one to attend instead.

If the appointment is not cancelled, and the client does not show up to the scheduled session, it is considered a “No Show,” and lateness for more than 15 mins for a 50-min service forfeits the service and client will be charged the full amount of the session price.

The practitioner reserves the right to cancel or postpone session(s) as necessary. Refund is applicable in the event the practitioner is unable to provide a scheduled session.

New Client Arrival Package 4-session bundle, needs to be scheduled within 4 weeks from the first session.

4-Session Bundle needs to be scheduled within 2 months from the first session.

8-Session Bundle needs to be scheduled within 4 months from the first session.
