Coming Home
Embodied Being is a deep journey through yourself to yourself. It is an intimate encounter in a safer community inviting you to unidentify with the conditioning you were brought up in, to learn how to listen, play and explore yourself. It is what allows you to come home, to discover who you actually are.
Integrated Somatic Movement Therapy —
A 6-Session Experiential Immersion for Embodied Healing: Anxiety, Stress, Trauma
One of the maps used to recognize our multi-dimensionalism, and as a tool to ride the waves of life, is bringing awareness to our body through practice. The course uses the five layers of self — the Kosha System to guide you.
Embodied Being is designed to lead you into understanding how your layers are interdependent, helping you work from the inside-out by exploring and integrating each layer through both co-regulation and self-regulation. Helping you to increase PHYSICAL health, EMOTIONAL vitality, MENTAL clarity, INTELLECTUAL wisdom and SPIRITUAL bliss! Traveling through those human body layers leads you to your inner intelligence, the center of Self — the Atman, what I like to call “your inner sunshine.” Getting there is what allows you to understand that you are already “whole”, to feel into your aliveness, and recognize that you have a choice.

A Living Philosophy
As we begin to explore the Koshas each week with playful arousal and restorative surrender, you’ll notice that they map out an inward journey, from the edges of the body, to in-between, and arriving at the very essence of who you are.
The Embodied Being Immersion
POLYVAGAL TRAUMA-INFORMED
6 weeks | 6 live-zoom sessions | 1 session a week
A live online program integrating mindful meditation, gentle movement, yoga asanas, breath work, free-form movement, and somatic therapy techniques.
We will explore practical tools and experiences to “befriending the body” in order to soften, and journey deeper into each layer of self to come back home. Exploring somatic awareness to inspire you to connect to the wisdom of your body, to help mobilize unattended stress and to release deep held tension for restoration.
To support your path alongside your sessions, you will have access to pre-recorded short videos, as well as suggested experiences available to support you with whatever is arising in between. The practices offered are designed to empower you to build your own toolkit, and to begin to learn how to resource and self-regulate your emotions and nervous system!
Through this experiential journey we learn to approach ourselves with kind curiosity, opening to a deeper understanding of ourselves and leading to greater self-acceptance, self-kindness, and ease.
